Expenses download for one employee

At the moment we have a query to download all expenses into an excel. What we would ideally like is for us to click on an employee's expense submission on the computer and be able to just click download where it gives us all the details listed in that submission so notes they have made etc. The only way we can do it now is to make a query for each employee which will take to much time. So it would be helpful to have a download button on the screen to download an individual employee's expense submission in excel with all the details submitted.
