Change Managing Director settings as currently can't share Performance Review.
Currently our Managing Director does not have a "Manager" assigned to him and he is at the top level with all employees under him. This causes problems for sharing Performance Reviews as the only person they can "Share" their review with is "Admin".
Allow goals to be set outside of a performance review and to be printed to PDF
We use goals to set annual objectives but as you can't go into goals unless you have either a current or old review colleagues who are new can't do this without setting up a review which is confusing. They should be able to access Goals without go...
Please can you add Goals as a tab in the employee profile.. rather than going into a performance review to get to their goals.
We want our employee's goals to be at the forefront of their minds. It would be really helpful to have these right there for them, and be able to give them a simple place to go to manage their goals.
Managers should be able to re-open closed reviews in the employee records. Currently only admin can which is a pain when we want them to re-open them to add their mid-year review comments to the same annual review previously closed.
At the moment when we use the notes for a 1-2-1 review if i create a query to view all the notes it will only allow me to export to excel or CSV which is no good. Please could we be able to export to word for easy reading
Option for Senior Manager comments on Performance Reviews
It would be really useful if we you could allow the senior manager visibility of the appraisal once this has been completed by the employee and manager so they can view, add their comments and sign off the appraisal.
