It would be useful to have a link directly from the icon on your dashboard to the area ie where it says 3 people off due to sickness - click on the icon and it would show you which 3 people are off

We need better filtering for restricting/targeting news to specific groups of people that are not covered in the current filters of Department/Location/Company

I would like to be able to change the date range on the impact information and reduce it, specifically - Holidays or Other Leave If it is not possible to be able to select our own time frame then at least more options, e.g. 1 day, 3 days, 7 days.
