Purely for aesthetics and colleagues get confused by this tab and their own documents tab. Would be good to turn off access or viewability for this altogether if not used. Especially as most organisations will have some form of SharePoint/intranet.

I would like to add that it would be beneficial to provide the option to switch off/on any tabs that may not be utilised by the company, such as Trainings, Skills, Performance, etc. This switch on/off feature should be applied to both bars: the one under 'Employee' (Overview, Ripple, Planner, Personal, Documents, Logbook, etc.) as well as underneath 'Dashboard' (Me, Employees, Documents, Thanks, Tasks, Cases, Authorizations, etc.).
It would be good to know whether any of the ideas on this page will be actioned. How many votes are required out of interest?
