The 'Tasks' tab on the main employee menu shows only the number of tasks that are overdue and does not include the number due that day, we feel the number of tasks should be those overdue and those due that day combined to give a more accurate figure.
For example, after a week’s holiday I came back to apparently just 2 tasks but once I opened 'My Tasks' it was 2 overdue and 3 new task (& 11 upcoming).
For non admin users that don't access People HR daily or even weekly this lack of accuracy can lead to tasks being missed until they are overdue.
Describe the Challenge | When opening peoplehr the number of tasks shown is misleading, its often lower than the reality. Leads to tasks being missed until they are overdue especially for less frequent users of the software who only check their task weekly for example, like Line Managers. |
