Sickness Reporting

Sickness reporting is not clear. We are having to be really careful when calculating sickness that runs between two months. eg We have to carefull count the days when a sickness runs 28th of a month to 2nd of the next month.

I know Bamboo HR etc have an option to allocate documents for electronic signatures while in the ATS offer section. We use single sign on so we can't allocate documents for employee's to sign until they start.

A Report to show outstanding holidays
