I know Bamboo HR etc have an option to allocate documents for electronic signatures while in the ATS offer section. We use single sign on so we can't allocate documents for employee's to sign until they start.

Hi Suzanne - please can you advise how you do this without then triggering all of the new hire tasks that you typically have within the new starter wizard to e.g. IT, Marketing etc. I.e. you are effectively making them an employee in the system before they have accepted the offer so you wouldn't want the creation of the new hire to trigger tasks and set off Ripples until the candidate has accepted the offer so just interested to know how you get around this?
We use single sign-on too so to get around this we set up their record with their personal email before their start date and add their contract for signature. On day one we then change their email address to the email address they would use for single sign on. This works well for us.
