At present, questions on the scorecard have to be rated 1-5. In order to match other internal scoring processes, we would find it useful to be able to select our own range of scores. It would also be useful to have a free text option for use with some of the questions.

I have raised this well previously as an idea - not all companies use 5 point ratings
