The holiday calculation is not straightforward. The formula should be accessible at all times, not just when creating or updating data. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a view of the accrued holidays. Currently, we can only see the total holiday entitlement for the year, without a breakdown of the accrued holidays.

As UK Legislation states we have to pay accrued holidays to employees, including overtime hours worked, and at a rate reflective of average earnings (including overtime, bonus, commissions etc.) the system should be able to calculate and update this automatically.
