Ability for greater control of email notifications
We would like the ability to configure a weekly email, with a list
of all outstanding tasks (such as holiday approvals and back to works) to managers, in place of sending an email every day for each item until they're all
resolved.

To be able to have quick access to who is in today
Rather than having a separate manual in/out board, have a function by where a list can be downloaded of staff that are in the business on that day. This would assist for fire drills.

Employees Holiday Requests, update wording on automatic response from PeopleHR to explain where on the software the employees can find the information on their holiday request, i.e. directing them to their Authorisations rather than the sign in page of PeopleHR.

As the CEO's Executive Assistant, it would be really helpful to be able to access or at least upload expenses on their behalf. Only admin's should have the ability or responsibility to do this.
