Moving/copying a candidates application

A candidate applies for a job but then makes contact and asks for their application to be transferred over to another job role or they have applied for the incorrect job role.

I know there is a move/copy function in ATS but you have to select the job title you want to move/copy their application.

In some cases, some employers might have 2 or 3 adverts live with the same job title. This means when you go to move or copy the candidate’s application over its really hard to define the correct job role as when you only have the option to select the job title and not match it to a location or reference number. This means you have to check you have copied/moved the application to the right job role. If you haven't you then have to move/copy the application over again until you have moved it into the right job role.

Can the drop down not include the location of the job reference number to make it easier.
