We would like to review absence data on the Dashboard in days rather than hours. This simple change would greatly assist our teams and mean less manual calculations.

Employees should be able to view their own scheduled check ins to give them more visibility, rather than check ins just being viewed by the manager. This gives employees more ownership and responsibility too.
