The email that PeopleHR send to employees about their holiday request are misleading/unhelpful.
I have asked a few members of staff where they would look in PeopleHR to find their holiday request decisions and none of them, even after reading the email PeopleHR automatically send, would have thought to look into Authorisations - My Requests, to find out why there holiday was rejected or any comments about holiday requests.
All assumed that clicking on the link supplied in the email from PeopleHR would take them to the decision rather than just to the sign in page PeopleHR and then their dashboard.
If it is not possible to add a link directly to the holiday request decision; if the email sent by PeopleHR to the employee advising them their holiday request has been decided; could have the instruction in it of how to locate/access the decision explained within the email would be very helpful.
Most of our users of the HR system, just use the software to book holidays, and as such don't often access the HR software and have limited system experience.

Best option on all the system emails would be that we could fully customise them and brand them - can have People brand on as well but if we could choose our own wording on all the automatic emails it would be a lot more useful.
