Multiple attachments for ATS Email Templates

Currently there is only the option to add one attachment to an Email template. It is good practice to send specific documents separately so they can be referenced clearly in communication to applicants.

Overtime/Holiday Emails to take you straight to the request via the link

When you get an authorisation email from someone, rather than clicking on the link and it taking you to the dashboard, it would be helpful for it to take you straight through to authorise it.

Performance Rating Scales needs to be able to adjust 3/4/5 point rating scale

In the new performance management tool - you can only rate performance on a scale of 1-5, but organisations may use a 1-3 or 1-4 or 1-5 point rating scale. The ability to select the scale is required for this module to be useful.

Add further API capabilities

It would be extremely helpful to increase the API capabilities to enhance the possible integrations. For example, adding the ability to add emergency contacts and bank details via API would be very helpful.

Dynamically amend pulse survey

When setting pulse surveys in advance, the survey can select all staff. This then doesn't dynamically select employees as and when the numbers changes for starters and leavers - all staff should accomodate this.
