We are looking to reissue the use of the Bradford Factor as of 01/10/2024 and wanted to clear down colleague scores ready for this however I was informed that this is not possible and no work around was given.
Describe the Challenge | This would allow us to reissue the use of the product after is was turned on but not implemented previously. Now we must manually work out all scores therefore defeating the object of having it built in. |
Same as the above comment. We are also wanting to introduce a new absence policy to include Bradford Factor scores, however would need employees existing BF scores to be reset. This is very frustrating to be told this isn't possible by Access Support, which is now going to be long winded to manually calculate each employees score. Access platform isn't very accommodating if a simple task like this can't be implemented, seems pointless to have BF at all.
