Locking the past month once its done

I think locking past months once they are completed on the planner is a good idea, as it would prevent employees from going back and deleting or editing vacation days. This would help ensure the accuracy of the records in the future. Unless you do a deep dive into sheets or emails, you would not know if the records are accurate since changes could be made, potentially adding extra days to their vacation balance.

Would it be possible to implement this feature?

Describe the Challenge The benefit is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of vacation records. By preventing employees from going back to previous months and making changes (such as deleting or adjusting vacation days or public holidays. Etc..), we can ensure that the data remains accurate, preventing discrepancies. Unless there is a review of past records through email or sheets, there's no easy way to verify if changes have been made, which could unintentionally result in employees receiving more vacation days than they are entitled to. Locking past months would give us peace of mind knowing the records are finalized and accurate, without the possibility of retroactive edits.
