PeopleHR need to review all notifications/ lack of notifications for better user experience

The notifications need to be improved throughout PeopleHR. If employees request holiday provide notifications to say who the request has gone to, when posting news add a notification so the news poster knows that it has been sent. There are many other gaps in notification feedback on PeopleHR. I suggest that they do an audit and make a proactive attempt to improve the usability and feedback mechanisms such as notifications for the users both admins and employees.
