I know it's a new thing but people are not finding the delete button as is. By adding a cancel button at the beginning of that workflow, people will be confused as to why the cancel button doesn't actually cancel their entry.

It would be extremely useful to have the ability to manually add CVs or candidate profiles to the Talent Pool, even if the individual has not applied for a specific vacancy.
Allowing more than one work pattern to be pending due to flexible hours requests. for example, someone is increasing their hours steadily 7.5 hours and another 7.5 hours in one month. I would like to be able to act on the changes and be done with it.
