There is a big issue with the PeopleHR system as it doesn’t provide Probation Review, which all employers need. The Performance Review Setting in HR Admin Settings can be useful but the lack of flexibility in using these setting make is very difficult to utilise the Performance Review Setting for creating probation review or other review template.
Both Core and Job Core Segments require both Employee and Manager to complete without the flexibility to allow only one party to complete. We’d like to use the Performance Review Setting to create different types of reviews, for example Probation Review including an Employee Self Assessment, a Manager Assessment but with different questions, and a 360 Review completed by other colleagues including HR and CEO. It would be very helpful to allow the choice of one party to complete Core and Job Role Segments so that they can be used more flexibly.
We can create a Probation Review by using the Performance Review Setting and name it as Probation Review template but the review report printed shows the title as Performance Review still, as indicated in the attached Probation Review Report. This is not practical at all but only limits the value of such Performance Review Setting.
There is an obvious system bug when open the link to complete 360 Review. If we create 10 Questions for 360 Review, under which each question has 1 Sub Question. Then in the link for completing 360 Review, it will show Question No. 5 and then Question No. 1, which is problematic, as you can see in the attached Link of 360 Review. Please have this amended as it is a very obvious bug of the system. And please simplify the name of the review in the link as 360 Review rather than 360 Performance Review since it can be used for Probation Review and other reviews.
Describe the Challenge | It wouldn’t take much work to make the above change, which can make the Performance Review Setting so much more valuable. Without such flexibility, it is very difficult to use the system to create Probation Review, which the system doesn’t provide. |
