Describe the Challenge To maintain correct access to the system. If a Manager does NOT have Admin rights then the HR Amin button should not be visible to them - it's confusing and causes anxiety because on first glance it appears that a Manager has full HR Admin rights to the system, which of course they don't! Please change this to show another button that gives them the action of only changing holidays in the Bulk Action functionality.
