When you click on the duplicate candidate, all it shows it the previous vacancies, date and stage they are at. It would be really useful to see any notes that accompanies the duplicate vacancies.

Currently when moving an applicant from one vacancy or from the talent pool to a open vacancy the q application questions do not transfer across so the applicant needs to reapply. All other personal information is transferred.
