It would be useful for Admin/HR to have a company view of all outstanding documents, a separate tab perhaps to remind employees to sign their documents. We struggle to keep on top of this with such a big number of employees without having to visit each individual employee's records.
Also, Bulk action to send a reminder to employees with outstanding documents would make big companies' lives much easier.

There is a query you can run which advises which documents remain unsigned - this may, in large companies, be a big list still but certainly better than going individually!
Definitely agree a bulk 'remind about all unsigned' would be great though.
