Once the year has been elapsed, can we stop people from booking leave from the previous years ? I.E. If we are in January 2024 and someone wants to book back-dated leave from December 2023 - currently they can. Can we stop people from doing so ?

Currently, if someone is on 'No Work Pattern', their 'day' when they go to book holiday defaults to 7.5 hours, regardless of what the standard working day for the company is set as.

I understand that the Planner can be downloaded into Outlook, however it opens as a new calendar, which does not allow for notifications.

We use other events to record our half day discretional days at Christmas where everyone has the afternoon off. As other events are recorded in a 24 hour clock and are not linked to working patterns you can't just specify a half working day which ...

When a manager goes to the authorisations and it should show if other staff in team are off, it is showing all holidays taken in previous month (not helpful when only really need to see if any clashes on that particular date of request).

To have the Return to Work interview working on sickness absences, it will email not just line managers, but also additional managers. I would like to turn that off. The MD does not need to see when every employee is off.

This would save some time for managers having to adjust time taken in leave

Amend the current settings to show number of days (not spells) to be consistent with Holiday and Sickness: Holiday (Aeroplane) shows number of days Other events (flag) shows number of spells Sickness (sad face) shows number of days

Would be useful to be able to choose what days are included in the weekly hours. We run our payroll based on Monday-Sunday hours but it is automatically set Sunday to Saturday when looking at the Weekly hours.

It would be helpful to have a quick view of the calculation that makes up an employee's Bradford Factor score, rather than having to review the 12 month period, often crossing two calendar years; which is time consuming and changes daily. Suggest ...
