Include protected characteristics in the personal details tab

It would be benefitial to include other protected characteristics (such as gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation and disability) in the Personal Details tab. These details should be disabled from the manager's view and accessible only to HR.

Describe the Challenge Enabling the HR department to accurately track and report on the diversity of the workforce, which can help in creating detailed diversity and inclusion reports.
