To be able to copy a performance review from a previous one

On the new performance module it looks like we can't copy a performance review from a previous one, for example like you can with logbooks. When creating a performance review it would be great to be able to copy a previous version.

Streamline efficiency and save having to re-create from scratch when a review may be minor amends, or none at all, it could just be the next cycle.
