Some form of AI detector on text answers on applications

We are looking to optimise the use of the Scorecards in the PHR ATS platform. One enhancement we would like to make is to make the comments field (see attached) mandatory so it must be populated before the Scorecard can be saved and closed

Currently we can only select 'Manager' in ripple emails, being able to select additional manager would help us alert supervisors, or team leaders, or staff that are temporarily sitting in that role.

It would be incredibly useful for us, and I imagine a lot of other businesses, to have the ability to add the vacancy reference into ATS emails that we send to candidates so that they can quote the exact reference when calling or emailing etc.
