Showing Toil on the leave planner for the following year (as a balance) & also allowing employees to book Toil days in the following year.
Describe the Challenge | In a service environment when using Toil frequent, the lack of been able to book Toil in another leave year makes it very difficult for line managers to be able to manage rosters etc. |
Being able to book TOIL in the next holiday year would be excellent, currently as we approach the end of March we have people unable to book in some TOIL for next week
