We have two different work patterns for many of our employees, one used in the summer and one used in the winter, and have to switch those patterns twice a year. It would be very useful to be able to find all employees by their current work patter...

It would be really useful to have a search function for documents letters/contracts when adding to someone's profile . Also could the box be made larger as it is difficult to see all the options and fiddly to choose.

Currently PHR defaults a record of sickness or other event to unpaid. Please can you add that a manager has to select PAID or UNPAID in order to save the record of absence. Thank you

It would be very useful to be able to add a category to a goal so when HR is required to run a report on all the sales goals, for example, these can be easily picked out as they are tagged as sales.

Once I have actioned the leaver wizard for an employee, I sometimes get asked to amend the leave reason. This is so frustrating because running the leaver wizard again (the person hasnt yet left) messes up the annaual leave left. I dont udnerstand...

It would be really good if we could give restricted admin access to L&D/H&S managers to upload training certificates to an employees file without them being able to view all the employees confidential documents.

Allowing Employees to allocate office-based working days or WFH days. This would give a companywide view of office attendance across departments.

If we can link Adobe Sign to PeopleHR we can set a workflow up so that documents are added into PeopleHR once they are fully signed.
