To show the remaining annual leave for employees on the overview page for managers

Any leavers who have moved from Employees to quick filter Leavers, should be removed completely after 6 years. Or at least administration notified that they need to be removed soon.

It would be good if there could be a page or section added for medical conditions/Medications etc that flags up when you go into their file.

It would be extremely useful if a Pronouns field could be added to the Personal Details page underneath the name fields.

On PHR it would be beneficial to have the number of occasions of absence and weather this rolls over after 12 months

When a user receives an approved leave e-mail (holiday or other event) there should be a link (.ics) to add the holiday in their Outlook Calendar. Benefit is to quickly add the event to their Outlook Calendar. An ics would work with other calendar...
