Add holiday whilst an employee is off sick

an employee can take annual leave if on long term sick, but the system does not allow you to have both and creating a separate instance for the absence affects an individuals Bradford factor score when they've been off for 1 instance.

Describe the Challenge stop an individuals bradford factor score being affected by two sickness absence instances.

    I have added this separately as an idea too, but based on being able to add sickness AM and holiday PM too

    It would be helpful to be able to book both at the same time. My company has a generous sick-pay allowance, and we let staff to take holiday days so that their sick-pay doesn't go down as quickly too. If we can't book both off at the same time, then it meses with the sickness statistics we use to calculate other things and do reports for. Being able to show/book both would help massively when it comes to long term sickness.

    This is a really important update for us for the same reasons. Further to this, what would be helpful is if a bank holiday falls on a day where an employee is off sick, there is the ability for this to go automatically back into their entitlement in lieu to be booked at a later date.
