It would be really useful if individual users could have their own space for their own queries that don't need to be viewable/accessible to all and don't impact the master query list.

I cannot mail merge in PeopleHR because our system (due to our case management system) only allows 32-bit coding, and PeopleHR mail merge Word template only works with 64-bit coding

Allow specific employee fields to be bulk updated rather than manually updated. For example when we did our original data migration we didnt have work telephone numbers. We now have these for all employees and the system doenst allow a bulk upload...

The employee should have the option to keep goals confidential so the line manager doesn't receive a notification all the time. They should have the choice to share their goals (performance management).
