Currently when candidates apply they are asked, via a dropdown menu, what job board/source they've found the job through. However, this isn't reliable or accurate (often candidates guess or don't scroll down to find answers). Instead, using the job post link, can there be a tracking link applied, that would show where the candidate originally clicked on the link, what website they came from etc. This would prove a much more accurate report on candidate source.
This would also eliminate an extra field for candidates to select in the candidate questions section, only slightly streamlining the application process.
