Analytics - Salary/monetary data

It would be useful for analytics to be able to report on salary/monetary data such as cost of absenteeism/average salary per employee or department/pay gaps/revenue per employee etc

Absence Report printed from individual's planner to include all absence types

Rather than create a query for a single employee, when trying to get an overview of their absences in the given year, the print report available from the planner should include all absence types, not just holidays.

Ability to change leave reason

When someone is processed as a leaver you cannot amend the leave reason - we did not realise this when setting up the system and sometimes HR does not find out the true reason for leaving until after a person leaves (settlements/courts etc)
