Add half day holiday if the other half is allocated to sickness absence

Currently not having this as option makes the software not fit for purpose. You either don't have correct stats for sickness absence or the holiday total is wrong. If someone is sick in the morning but keeps their half day of holiday for the afternoon we can't log it correctly as it won't allow both despite it clearly only allocating sickness to AM and holiday to PM.
