Our company carry over rule is that employees can carry over 5 days (36 hrs), but this is pro-rated for part time employees. If an employee works 27 hrs per week, this is what their maximum carry over is.
Currently, Access doesn't pro-rata carry over for PT staff, meaning they would incorrectly benefit from more holiday hours in their entitlement.

Plus ours is 37.5 hrs (FTE) and you can only put in a round number!
This is also the bain of my life! I have set ours to nil, and then manually adjust on the 02 Jan when I get in (letting employees know in advance that they haven't lost their entitlement). It's so frustrating, adding extra admin work unnecessarily
