Ability to set automated ATS data deletion for ATS to comply with local GDPR rules and company privacy notice. This could be solved if we could use Ripple for ATS.

Improve formatting on adverts in ATS - the spacing, the font, it all looks super messy and unprofessional despite all our best efforts to keep everything the same. We select Sans Serif 13px for everything, yet all looks different throughout.

This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.
