Has been asked before but seems to be a long time ago so refreshing the question.
Employees do not need a Ripple tab on their profile, it should be only admins who can see this. It creates potential for messing things up and having to explain all the time.

I second this one with great enthusiasm. Just the ability to hide it from non-admin employees would be fantastic. It creates confusion for every new user we employ when they are assigned the induction ripple we created.
