Currently, the performance tab only works with a users manager. Our firm works differently, where performance reviews are undertaken by a different partner at the firm, not their manager. Can we have a way to specify who should receive these? We currently have to work around it with extended permissions and 360 reviews which is both confusing our staff and makes the performance section almost unusable for us.
