Where manager can see actual start date of employee as well as current contract start date on Manager dashboard – employee – view profile – my contract. Rather than HR Dashboard (where included sensitive data, cannot share information i.e NI, DOB)
Improve formatting on adverts in ATS - the spacing, the font, it all looks super messy and unprofessional despite all our best efforts to keep everything the same. We select Sans Serif 13px for everything, yet all looks different throughout.

At present if an employee works overtime or additional hours the manager has to manually add the TOIL by going into settings on the planner. It would be much easier if the additional hours were automatically added to the employee record TOIL balan...
Could you show a medical alert picture, or some sort of flag to indicate that an employee has a medical condition. This needs to be on the front of their main record.
This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.

Can the 'supporting comments' box be made a mandatory field so staff need to include information about their leave request e.g. details of compassionate leave, why request is made at short notice etc
