If you are a second line manager, you can see the employees that report into your direct reports. Managers should have the option of only seeing their direct reports annual leave + away today. For instance, if 6 people report into one manager but 200 people report into those 6, the person at the top of that hierarchy can see all 200 peoples annual leave and show on the away today section on the app. Second line managers don't need to see these details in most cases.
