This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.

I have 2 employees with severe nut allergies, I cannot find where this goes on people HR, please do tell me if I am missing something. I had permission from them both to share with the organisation and we have given epipen training to all staff, but I would like to be able to record this somewhere just incase something happens.
Having somewhere to report said medical condition would be helpful too instead of just yes/no. Somewhere that can be only seen by admins/line managers, or somewhere secure on their profile...unless I'm missing something. Then in an emergency we can know what to tell a doctor, especially if it's an allergy to penicillin or something, and the people present don't know the person well but can access their profile and be able to see a note saying the highlights.
