May we have larger text boxes inn the performance section that fill the work area

My team has been commenting it would be useful in performance section that the text box fills the screen to read more easily.

Please enable reporting on comments saved on timesheets

Managers receive email notification for time sheets and then approve and make comments. It would be really useful if we could report on comments made by managers re timesheets as currently no one can see it apart from admin or manager.

Add Paging to documents template

Add Start Time as field on profile

Could we add Start Time as a field in the personal or employment tabs? It would be useful to have this so the information can be pulled as a data tag for onboarding, job offer emails.

Maintain the task 'bank' outside of new 'new starter record'

Further holiday Years

Could there be an option to 'hide' previous THANKS badges, currently there is only the option to delete. I would prefer to hide them from use rather than delete as I have created new ones that I just want people to select from however I may choose to re-introduce the previously created badges at a later date

If I delete them, I will need to re-add them back again should I wish to use previous badges in the future. By hiding them from view it will save a lot of time.
