When you are shortlisting candidates on the ATS - it would be great if you could if the rejection email templates had the capability to pre populate the candidate name, and even vacancy title too as it will pull through from the candidate file, and job. I have used other ATS' where this has been such a timesaver, and makes the emails that little bit more personal too which is really appreciated when it comes to application rejection emails.
