Employees submit holiday requests which go directly to their manager for approval. Behind the scenes, our 4 Project Team Assistants (PTA's) log holidays for site staff on an internal tracker, which is used across the business to ensure we have available labour for all our current/upcoming projects.
Is there any way that once a holiday request has been approved, a notification can be sent to PTA's to enable them to update the tracker?
