We have hybrid work patterns where each week an employee works say 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. The pattern is the same each week and the number of hours they work on each day are the same (8 hours per day). I have asked support if we are able to set up work patterns that not only include the days and hours a person works but the days they work from home. Currently, if someone works from home they put a request in via the planner under "other" and select WFH. This is fine for the odd occasion but where a person works 2+ days every week working from home it is becoming a real admin task for them, a poor experience of the platform, and they are also not bothering/forgetting to do this which means we as HR are unable to track working from home frequency with any confidence. I'd like you to consider being able to set up work patterns that include WFH days. Thanks
Describe the Challenge | It is taking employees too much time to add WFH days every week. It has become a problem for their experience on the platform and they are moaning to me that it is a waste of their time to do this every week and why can't a work pattern be set up once that reflects this. They are also not bothering to put WFH requests in/forgetting which means as HR we are unable to say with any confidence how much time is being spent WFH from our employees. |
