Be able to add annual leave carry over to the following year, not have to wait until 1st day of new AL year

Being able to book unpaid leave in 'other events' in half days, i.e 3.5 days

Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.
