When someone joins the company, it would be extremely useful to avoid duplication of info gathering, that the employee can add in their own DOB, gender, pronouns and nationality in to their personal tab directly on the new joiner set up
Re-hire Continuous Service Date/Deleting previous planner entries
When re-hiring and wanting a continuous service date to be from the new rehire date, it would be good to not have to delete all holidays/sickness etc from their previous planners before adding the new continuous service date.
