Holiday requests should only show other staff with clashing dates, not dates that don't clash

Receiving holiday requests along with a list of staff who have the same dates off, is all we need to see. Adding staff to the list who have the week off before and after just pollutes the list and makes it so difficult to read the request. It makes holiday approving a lengthy and scary process as I am never entirely sure I have approved someone's holiday that doesn't clash. The green and blue is also very unhelpful as I always forget which one is for pending and which one is approved - just use words please.

    Hello everyone,

    Is anyone available to review this feature before it’s enabled for all customers?
    We estimate it will be ready for activation starting tomorrow morning, along with a few other updates, including improved separation between Holiday & TOIL in the Employee Planner and Authorisation form.

    Hello everyone,

    We’re looking for volunteers to be early adopters of an upcoming feature enhancement.

    The Holiday Authorisation form has been updated so that the "Also on Leave" list will now display only the team members with clashing dates, rather than showing individuals who are on leave 7 days before or after the clashing period.
    Also, we have explicitely displayed the authorisation status (Pending/Approved) within the Employees list

    This feature is planned for deployment to Production on Tuesday, 10 December. Initially, the change will be hidden behind a feature flag, allowing us to enable it selectively for interested customers. The flag could be turned ON/OFF at Organisation level.

    Subsequently, this will be turned ON for all customers.

    If your organisation would like to have this feature enabled for initial testing, please let me know.
