Option 2 please, this is the best of both worlds. Gets rid of the annoying scrolling, but still does everything we need it to and will make my job a little bit easier.
I think it's option 3 - ensure KPIs are visible without scrolling back up, disable default scrolling to the current month and display all months collapsed. Little things that would make a big difference!

To be honest, I can't see the difference between Options 2&3 but as long as the automatic jump to the current month stops then I'm okay with this.
Would be good to have the option to be able to remove the lines in the planner we don't use too i.e Late and Timesheet
