Job Title Changes to have a future effective date.

This should be the same as:
1. Company

2. Department

3. Location

4. Employment type

5. Reports to


Why should Job Title be any different? Title changes are made along with at least 2 of the above, please add this as the 6th point.

    Thank you for the update. A very welcome change from our organisation���s point of view.

    Can I assume, therefore, that any future changes to the organisation chart will not be updated until the future effective date?

    I agree, having to set your own reminder to change is inefficient.

    As well as work pattern please, having to action and make changes on the exact changeover date is restrictive especially as a standalone HR.

    I agree, this is a fundamental gap in the functionality and poor. Just found out the hard way, trying to be proactive and put a future change into the system but have had to change it back and diarise it manually. Not good.

Scheduled Changes - Job Title

Merged
It would be useful to have a Scheduled Changes box for the Job Title window within Employee/Personal page. The same as Salary, Reports To and Department. It would also be useful if we can delete future changes that require changing.
